Korkia strengthens executive leadership with expanded roles for Tiia Ryhänen and Anna Idänheimo

Korkia’s General Counsel, Tiia Ryhänen, who previously served as secretary to the Executive Committee, will continue her work with the committee as a member. Anna Idänheimo’s role has expanded to EVP, Group Operations & Performance, with responsibility for group-wide operations and performance alongside her continued leadership of the People function.

An expanded role in the Executive Committee

Having previously served as secretary to Korkia’s Executive Committee, Tiia Ryhänen will now contribute to its work as a member, continuing in her role as General Counsel. The change strengthens the value of legal expertise and risk management within Korkia’s executive leadership.

Over the past two years as General Counsel, Tiia has made an important contribution to Korkia’s business and development. Her expanded role recognizes that contribution and the value of legal expertise within Korkia’s executive leadership.

A broader focus on operations and performance

As EVP, Group Operations & Performance, Anna Idänheimo will focus on supporting stronger execution, alignment and accountability across Korkia. Her expanded group-wide remit brings operations and performance into sharper focus, while she continues to lead the People function.

Anna has been with Korkia since 2014 and has served as Chief People Officer since 2023. She brings experience in business transformation, organizational development and leadership, alongside a passion for building high-performing teams in an international growth environment.
