Korkia has strengthened its position at the heart of this transformation, establishing itself as one of Europe’s fastest-growing renewable energy investors and developers. Together with local partners, Korkia develops utility-scale solar, wind, and energy storage projects that drive meaningful financial returns and deliver renewable gigawatts that are transforming the global energy landscape.
The Annual Report presents Korkia’s performance and progress during 2025, our second full year as a company focused exclusively on renewable energy investment and project development. 2025 was a year of significant portfolio maturation: Korkia´s late-phase project portfolio grew by 101 percent, reaching approximately 15 gigawatts by year-end, as projects across 8 markets advanced towards ready-to-build status. The year also saw project exits in Italy and the UK.
