Valeriya Bulaeva joins Korkia as Data Analyst

Making smart decisions starts with having the right data. As we continue to enhance how we collect, manage, and utilize data, we’re excited to welcome Valeriya Bulaeva to the team as our new Data Analyst.

Valeriya Bulaeva joined us in early May 2025 to support our growing team of data experts. Our team now includes skilled data analysts who enhance our data platform and model, conduct in-depth data analysis and quality controls, and ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the insights we deliver.

Valeriya brings a strong background in data analytics and project management. She studied Business Analytics at LUT University in Finland and gained valuable experience in the electric vehicle charging sector while working at Virta.

At Korkia, Valeriya will focus on developing our data platform and ensuring data quality, while also supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Q1: What goals and expectations do you have regarding your new job? 

I want to make a positive impact on the data platform and help build a strong data culture, while also being a supportive teammate. I’m really looking forward to learning from my talented colleagues and growing together.

Q2: What kind of energy do you bring to the team and the work community? 

I’m really happy to join Korkia and bring a positive, team-oriented energy. I enjoy collaborating, learning from others, and lending a hand wherever I can.

I stay focused and results-driven, but I also believe it’s important to keep things inspiring and create an environment where people feel comfortable learning and growing together.

Q3: What energizes you in your free time? 

I enjoy travelling whenever I get the chance: it’s a great way for me to recharge and gain fresh perspectives. Exploring different places and cultures keeps me energized and fuels my curiosity.
