We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and help us transform Korkia into a leading global renewable energy player.

Korkia is an accelerator of the energy transition. We invest in and co-develop utility-scale renewable energy projects, with a mission to produce clean megawatts to the market. Our dedicated, international and growing team of ~50 people is steering the course of renewable energy with over 120 Solar PV, wind, and storage projects in active development totalling 18 GW across Finland, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Greece, Spain, Italy, Romania, Canada, and Chile – all this achieved in less than three years. And we are only getting started!

🔑 Role & key responsibilities

You will play a key role in building Korkia’s brand and taking our digital presence & marketing to the next level. Key responsibilities include:

• Planning, designing & executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions,
• Managing and optimizing our online presence through different platforms including social media channels, SEO & SEM,
• Monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns,
• Developing our social media strategy,
• Analyzing and reporting results,
• Managing and developing our website (WordPress)
• Working closely with our small but powerful marketing team helping with various tasks (e.g. updating corporate presentations, content creation, market research, coordinating events,…) 

👀 Who are we looking for?

In addition to be able to take on the responsibilities described above, succeeding at Korkia demands that you thrive in a growth company environment and find meaning in making your impact in accelerating the global energy transition. We expect of you:

• Over 4 years of experience in digital marketing and a relevant degree,
• A proactive ‘can-do’ attitude and a teamworking spirit,
• A passion towards continuous learning and keeping up-to-date on the trends and best practices of digital marketing,
• A creative yet analytical mindset,
• Excellent Finnish and English language skills (Spanish, Italian or Greek is also a plus!)
• A strong social media & digital marketing tool skillset (such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, video editing software, WordPress)
• Photo editing & graphic design skills are a plus!
